DMCA Notice
Dashtube respects intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright owner and believe your content has been made accessible via this site without authorisation, please follow the process below.
Our Position
Dashtube is a streaming aggregator, not a content host. We do not upload, store, encode, or distribute any video files. The streams you access through Dashtube are embedded from independent third-party video providers. We have no ability to delete files from those external servers.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove any links or embed references to the reported content from our site and, where possible, forward the notice to the relevant third-party host.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA notice, please email support@dashtube.top with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email address, mailing address, and telephone number).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on dashtube.top where the allegedly infringing content is accessible.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Notices that are incomplete or that do not comply with the above requirements may not be actioned. We reserve the right to ignore notices submitted in bad faith.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that content was removed as a result of an erroneous or misidentified DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice to support@dashtube.top. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and your electronic or physical signature.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, Dashtube maintains a policy of terminating access for users or sources that are found to be repeat infringers.
